Stage 1 of SunSeaBay Luxury Townhouses is nearing completion, and are currently on sale.

 

Only 3 townhouses remain available in Stage 1, so be sure to inspect as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

A fully furnished display townhouse is available for inspection in number 22.

 

Numbers 18-21 are also available for inspection, but are not furnished.

 

Stage 1 consists of numbers 1-7 & 18-22. The scheduled completion date for stage 1 is May/June 2007.

 

Stage 2 is scheduled for completion in December 2007.

 

Stage 2 units feature larger courtyards, with the option to include a small family size swimming pool, and also a large entertainment Gazebo.
